Every practitioner offers a free 10-minute discovery call before you book a full session.

How to Book a Discovery Call:

  1. Browse practitioners on the Meet Your Therapist page
  2. Click "Book Discovery Call" on their practitioner card
  3. Email opens with subject line pre-filled (e.g., "Discovery Call with Cassidy")
  4. Include:
    • Your name
    • Brief note about what you're seeking
    • Your availability (day/time preferences)
  5. They'll respond with available times for your free 10-minute call
