Support when life asks too much
There are moments when emotion rises like a tide—unexpected, unwielding, and overwhelming. In that space, you don't always have the tools, time, or energy to process it alone. The EER is for the moments when it all feels too much.
Life doesn't pause during overwhelm. Neither do emotions. You don't need a therapy appointment or endless sessions or judgment—it's not therapy, and it's not a fix—it's a pause. A place where you can be held, heard, and seen without needing explanations.
You don't have to hold space for everything alone. Let this soften the weight when the world feels too loud. The EER meets you where you are and gently guides you back to yourself.

When the wave hits suddenly, and you just need someone there.
This is instant support—like a held breath or a moment in time. Nothing prolonged or formalized, but immediate. A brief (30–40 minute) real-time connection via phone or video to help you regulate, ground, and remember you're not alone.
$125
When you need more room inside to break.
EER Deep is spacious, held, tender. It's for when emotions don't fit neatly in a rush, nor do they leave easily. We stay longer, soften, allow more pause. An hour (up to 70 minutes if needed) to slow into what wants to be felt.
When you feel the overwhelming emotional pull—the moment before the breakdown—that's when to reach out.
EER Pulse for immediate grounding, breath support, and emotional anchoring.

The EER is designed for responsive care, not clinical intervention. While I do my best to hold you in a timely manner, this offering requires a willingness to surrender to the unknown and allow space for spontaneity.
Your request doesn't always guarantee same-day responses, but will be received as soon as I can.
